Summary

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for providing world class support and leadership as part of our team. You will be responsible to help implement strategies, manage projects and support the marketing and recruiting teams to help us grow by attracting agents to join the Fathom network and retaining current agents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing coordination, social media manager role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building.
• Excellent organizational management skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
• This is a remote position (work from home).
• Ability to be a self-starter, work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Essential Functions

• Social Media and Digital Media:
  • Research, Create, Coordinate Social Media and Digital Marketing (ads) Content (organic and paid) for Fathom Holdings companies
  • Arrange approvals with key stakeholders (as needed)
  • Schedule all content on all platforms
  • Engage as appropriate and timely on accounts
  • Report weekly and monthly
  • Leverage UGC on social media (all platforms)
  • Research and provide options for incorporating emerging platforms into the overall marketing strategy
• Marketing Tasks:
  • Manage marketing@fathomrealty.com email (and other emails as appropriate)
  • Prepare Meeting Agendas and after-action summaries as appropriate
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors as needed
  • Assist with various marketing tasks and deliverables as needed and directed
  • Manage KPI tracking and reporting
  • Assist with coordination of editorial calendar
  • Monitoring and responding to marketing email box
  • Work within our project management system, Click Up
  • Administrative functions including meeting coordination, calendar, etc.
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Hours and Location

• Required to devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the position (workweek is from Monday through Friday) and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within agreed-upon timelines, which may require additional hours above the 40 hours/week. 
• This is a remote position (work from home).

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand and sit.
