Fathom Scholarship Fund Application
The scholarships must be used toward College/University or Trade School. In order to apply for a scholarship, a student must be currently enrolled (or enrolling that semester) in a College/University or Trade School. Proof of enrollment (student ID, class schedule, etc) will be required before scholarship is rewarded.
IMPORTANT: A STUDENT CAN ONLY BE AWARDED A FATHOM SCHOLARSHIP ONCE EVERY SCHOOL CALENDAR YEAR (SPRING/FALL SEMESTER). For example, Spring 2023 semester scholarship recipients were NOT allowed to apply for a Fall 2023 semester scholarship.
Here’s how the Fathom Scholarship Program works:
Step 1
Complete the application below so we can gather all the necessary information needed from each student who is applying for the scholarship. The application process will consist of general information, relationship disclosure of the student and Fathom Agent, and an essay written by the student describing how they will use their education to better serve their community or our country. The specific essay question is provided on the application form.
Please DO NOT…I REPEAT…DO NOT…INCLUDE THE STUDENT NAME in the body of the essay.
Essays that contain student’s name in the body of the essay will be considered incomplete and not allowed to be entered for consideration.
NOTE: There is NO length requirement or limit to the essay. Additionally, essays should be submitted in pdf form ONLY. (PLEASE…PLEASE NO jpeg)
Step 2
Applications may be submitted beginning Saturday, June 1, 2024 and MUST be received by midnight (Hawaii Standard Time) Wednesday, July 31, 2024 to be considered for the Fall Semester 2024 event. Incomplete applications or those received after midnight July 31, 2024 (Hawaii Standard Time) will NOT be considered.
You WILL receive a notice via email that your application was received. Therefore, once submitted, there is NO reason or need to submit a second time. If further verification is required, contact Billy Nunez, Fathom Director of Culture.
Step 3
Scholarship recipients will be announced mid–late August 2024 and scholarships awarded sometime Fall 2024.
NOTE: In order for a scholarship to be funded, the sponsoring agent must still be a Fathom Agent in good standing in October 2024.
Please email scholarshipfund@fathomrealty.com if you have any questions. We are very excited to watch this program grow and more importantly, to watch these young men and women grow into our future leaders.
REMEMBER! STUDENT SHOULD NOT INCLUDE THEIR NAME IN THE BODY OF THE ESSAY. Essays containing the student’s name in the BODY OF THE ESSAY will be considered incomplete and will not be entered for consideration.
