Position Title:  National Training Specialist

Summary

The National Training Department is known as Fathom’s technology experts and is responsible for serving our Agents via training and support of the provided technology platforms. In this Training Specialist position, attention to detail and building relationships are the KEY ingredients to our team’s success. Minimum Qualifications

Required qualifications:
Professional training or teaching experience, work primarily from the Cary, NC office

Required skills:
LMS experience (any applicable platform), exceptional attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new technology then effectively instruct adult learners, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong overall computer skills, ability to work without supervision, ability to prioritize responsibilities, ability to follow through on projects to completion with little supervision.

Very high level of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness, and ability to effectively solve problems, ability to self-motivate, effective active listening, eagerness to learn, flexibility, trustworthiness, internal drive to grow and succeed while still helping others, reliability, and accountability.

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience with Docebo (HUGE plus!!), prior Customer Service experience, and/or prior Real Estate experience, experience with ZenDesk, Dropbox, Google and Microsoft Suites, video editing applications/software (such as OBS, Loom, or the Adobe Suite), content creation software (such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop), and PDF editing or formatting.

Essential Functions

• Deliver live Instructor Led Trainings to various user audiences within the organization
• Create and deliver fully virtual e-Learning content, utilizing authoring tools such as Articulate 360
• Contribute to development and management of training programs, curriculum, materials, presentations, courses, exams
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology platforms provided by Fathom Realty
• Facilitate Small Group Training Sessions, and other types of private and semi-private virtual/remote trainings as scheduled
• Contribute to management of LMS: tracking/testing/managing user accounts, groups, notifications, content, testing, etc.
• Be part of the QuickStart Training Team to develop, coordinate, travel, facilitate, deliver onsite sessions for acquisition groups
• Schedule, manage, and contribute to the monthly National Training Schedule
• Coordinate with Fathom Marketing Team for publication and distribution of National Training Schedule
• Communicate key messages effectively, ensuring recipients are well informed about issues impacting them or others
• Contribute to documentation, processing, and continuous updating of departmental SOP’s (Standards of Practice)
• Departmental follow-up such as tracking attendance, training statistics, updating & posting recordings
• Support Agents and other internal departments by phone/voicemail, email, chat, support tickets, or in-person when needed
• Monitor incoming user technology issues, work with outside vendors or other Fathom Holdings companies to identify training needs and
• resolve Agent training-related issues
• Administrative tasks as they relate to training and technology at Fathom Realty
• Create, edit, post, maintain instructional videos/training-related materials, as needed
• Import and export data from various provided technology platforms as needed
• Manage training/support related materials/pages on organization’s intranet and other related sites
• Develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with our Agents, leadership, and staff throughout the organization
• Constructively collaborate with other functional areas throughout all Fathom Holdings companies
• Disseminate information quickly, answer questions, and manage follow-up as required
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvements, new approaches, and personal excellence
• Meet/exceed individual KPI’s and Quality Monitoring scores as well as various other reporting needs

Working Hours and Location

• This role will physically be at our Cary, NC headquarters, 2000 Regency Parkway Cary NC 27518.
• Mon, Wed, Fri – 8:00am-5:00pm and Tues, Thu – 10:00am-7:00pm but schedule may vary, with advanced notice, based on scheduled training sessions or required company travel.
