Employees, Agents, and District Directors who refer a person to a targeted position at a Fathom company will receive an incentive bonus after the referred employee has been on the payroll for 90 days!*

Referrals
Employees, Agents, and District Directors who refer a person to a specific position in a Fathom company will be paid a $1,000 incentive bonus after the referred employee has been on the payroll for 90 days. The position must be currently open, actively being recruited for, and/or posted on our website at the time of the referral. Referrals for future positions will not be accepted.
Targeted Referrals
for Verus Title
Fathom has a critical need to hire Title/Escrow Officers and Area Managers in Verus Title. Therefore, Fathom is offering a special incentive to help us recruit for these targeted positions. Employees, Agents, and District Directors who refer someone to one of these two positions for a Fathom company will be paid a referral bonus. A referring person will be paid a $2,500 one-time incentive referral bonus 90 days after the qualified* new employee’s start date.

*Qualifications:

  • Title/Escrow Officer candidate must have a minimum revenue production of $200,000 over the last six months.
  • An Area Manager candidate must have a minimum production level of $500,000 over the last six months.

Targeted Referrals for Encompass Lending
Fathom has a critical need to hire Loan Officers and Branch Managers in Encompass Lending Group (ELG). Therefore, Fathom is offering a special incentive to help us recruit for these targeted positions. Employees, Agents, and District Directors who refer someone to one of these two positions for a Fathom company will be paid a referral bonus.

A referring person will be paid a one-time incentive referral bonus for qualifying referrals as follows 90 days after the qualified* new employee’s start date:

  • $500 Referral Bonus - For a Loan Officer candidate with a production level of under $500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months from previous employment.
  • $1,500 Referral Bonus - For a Loan Officer candidate with a production level of between $500,001 and $999,999 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months from previous employment.
  • $3,000 Referral Bonus - For a Loan Officer candidate with a production level of between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months from previous employment.
For a referred high-volume loan officer or branch manager who meets specific qualifications*, an initial $5,000 incentive bonus will be paid 90 days after the new high-volume loan officer or branch manager’s start date. In addition, the referring person will be paid $5,000 after the referred high-volume loan officer or branch manager’s 1-year anniversary date and $5,000 after the referred high-volume loan officer or branch manager’s 2-year anniversary date if production levels outlined below are met at previous employment and ELG. The total potential paid to the referring person is up to $15,000.

*Qualifications:

Loan Officer
  • Initial incentive bonus - A Loan Officer candidate must have a minimum production level of $1,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months from previous employment.
  • 1st year anniversary bonus - A Loan Officer candidate must have a minimum production level of $1,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months with ELG.
  • 2nd year anniversary bonus - A Loan Officer candidate must have a minimum production level of $1,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months with ELG.
Branch Manager
  • Initial incentive bonus – The Branch Manager candidate and/or their branch must have a minimum production level of $2,500,000 in average monthly funded production over the last twelve months from previous employment.
  • 1st year anniversary bonus – A Branch Manager candidate and/or their branch must have a minimum production level of $2,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months with ELG.
  • 2nd year anniversary bonus – A Branch Manager candidate and/or their branch must have a minimum production level of $2,500,000 in average monthly funded volume over the last twelve months with ELG.

Ineligible
  • Employees who are in the management chain for a position are not eligible for a referral incentive bonus for that position. For example, the Manager or VP over a position will not be allowed to receive an incentive bonus for referring a person within the assigned management chain.
  • Executives (CEO, President, and President’s direct reports) are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.
  • Human Resources staff are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.
  • Agent Recruiters are not eligible to receive the referral bonus if the referral was submitted to another Fathom Company recruiter.
Payouts
  • Referral bonuses will be paid within 30 days after the timeframe described or as soon as practical.
  • The referring person must be actively employed by Fathom or formally and actively engaged as an Agent or District Director as described above to receive the incentive bonus payout.
